A Mixed Company Troupe Production
Casting a female actress for the live audience production, “Lines Incognito”. Auditions are being held by appointment through March 1st, 2013 in Pickney, MI. “Lines Incognito”, consisting of three one-act plays, will be performed at a benefit fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House in Detroit on August 16th, 2013. The fundraiser will be held at the Athenium Hotel Ballroom, Greektown, Detroit. Future performances may be scheduled by clients requesting shows from our mobile troupe, at random times in the months ahead.
Plot:
Kendra’s anniversary date at a fine restaurant is disrupted by a beautiful young lady, Jasmine, who sees their table as “a lot more fun than the table where I was dining”. The easily duped husband, Garrett, invites the young lass to join them… much to Kendra’s disdain. After several silly games that Jasmine initiates–all of which are laced with flirtation–the wife draws to her husband’s attention that his wallet and all of his valuables have been stolen. Even the shoes off of his feet! After getting back his possessions, Garrett is sent to fetch the car. Kendra then pays off Jasmine, in secret–Jasmine is actually a hired actress–for teaching her husband a lesson. This has all been a carefully-contrived lesson to deter him from the embarrassment brought on by his incessant skirt-chasing.
Available Roles:
- Kendra: Female co-starring role. A mid-30′s to middle-aged professional woman. Role of Kendra appears in act two, in the play: Best Table in the House.
NOTE: All other roles are already cast. Once a member of MCT, roles in other plays are readily available.
Compensation:
This is a paid role. Actress will be paid $100/performance.
